Include the app version from Menu → About, your device model and operating-system version, what happened and the steps that led to it. A screenshot can help. Game exports are optional; send one only if you are comfortable sharing your game history. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Getting started

Match identical free tiles within the same garden. Tiles must be uncovered and open on at least one side. Tiles in neighboring gardens can block each other but cannot form a matching pair. Use Menu → Help for controls and gameplay guidance.

The game works offline. There are no accounts, ads or purchases. Gems are earned through play. Sending feedback and opening web links require a connection.

Keep your progress

Progress saves on your device. Before reinstalling, clearing storage or moving devices, use Menu → Backup to export a copy and keep it somewhere safe. Importing a compatible backup replaces current progress after confirmation; export your current game first if you want to keep it.

There is no app-managed cloud sync. Operating-system backups or device transfers may include app data, but recovery is not guaranteed. A previous snapshot is a local recovery point, not a durable external backup. Pre-alpha save formats may change between versions.
